Chris Watkins

Chris is an active real estate investor, and the uniqueness of Borrow Smart’s Accelerator loan program is what initially attracted him to the company; the team’s passion and capability to execute convinced him to join Borrow Smart Mortgage.  As an investor, he can see real estate from different perspectives that enable him to find creative ways to make deals happen for his clients. His passion is to help people flourish through the power of real estate, and to use his skills and vision to help others on the path to financial freedom.

A long-time resident of Eugene, Chris holds both an MBA and an M.Arch from the University of Oregon and is enjoying life with his wife Susie, daughter Renee,  son Silas, and English Shepherd Izzie.
